Meet Adam!

Forward-46 is led by Adam Feck, a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth through business development, operations, coaching, and collaborative leadership.


Building on early success in orthopedic operating rooms across New York City and Boston, Adam went on to own and operate an orthopedic medical device distributorship for 15 years before helping scale a technology startup from a five-person team to more than thirty employees.


Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for sales, leadership, as well as for facilitating and directing operational flow, Adam brings a hands-on, growth-focused approach that helps businesses strengthen performance, unlock opportunity, and scale with confidence.

With the love and support of family and friends, and inspired by the natural beauty, endless opportunities, and challenges offered within the Adirondack Park, Forward 46, Inc. was born in the dawn of 2023.


Since then, we have been committed to offering personalized sales management for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
